$65,000 Raised at 25th Annual Dinner & Auction

Dear Friends,

The 25th Annual Dinner & Auction to benefit Saguaro National Park was a success! We raised $65,488 to support our mission to help protect wildlife and habitat, preserve cultural resources, promote environmental education, improve recreational trails, enhance visitor experiences and build environmental stewardship for Saguaro National Park.

225 friends attended as we recognized and celebrated the accomplishments of Leah McGinnis, the recently retired Superintendent of Saguaro National Park. Attendees interacted with the park's mobile visitor center, met two of the park's mules, and enjoyed the night's signature cocktail, "CORBETT’S Del Bac Sentinel

Old Fashioned." Remarks were made by Fred Stula, Executive Director for Friends, Graeme Hughes, Board Vice President for Friends and Leah McGinnis. The Mariachi Rayos Del Sol from Tucson High School and Rich Rodriguez performed, and Christine Sullivan served as the auctioneer.

The 25th Annual Friends of Saguaro Dinner & Auction was a success. Thanks to the generous support and commitment from our Board Members, donors, volunteers, and corporate and community partners.
Please mark your calendars for our 26th Annual Dinner & Auction on October 20, 2024, at Tanque Verde Ranch.
